The Hershey Bears are, once again, winners of the Calder Cup.

Battling back from a two-goal deficit, it was Mike Vecchione who netted the overtime winner — giving the Hershey Bears the 3-2 win and the team’s 12th Calder Cup.

The Capitals’ preseason slate opens on Sept. 24, and the team will host the Sabres, Red Wings and Blue Jackets at Capital One Arena. [WHN]
