Miroshnichenko, Suzdalev Headline Hershey Bears’ Opening Night Roster

A handful of new faces — including 2022 first-round pick Ivan Miroshnichenko — will suit up with the Hershey Bears this season, the team announced Friday.

Nicolas Aube-Kubel, who played in 53 games with the Washington Capitals last season, is one of 14 newcomers to the Bears, who open the season on Saturday. Other notable additions include defenseman Hardy Haman Aktell, who impressed in Capitals training camp, and forwards Alex Limoges and Garrett Roe — both Virginia natives.

The Bears open the regular season on Saturday, hosting the Belleville Senators at the Giant Center in Hershey.
