14 National TV Games For The Capitals This Season

The Washington Capitals will play in 14 nationally televised games this season, the team announced Wednesday.

The team’s season-opener against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Oct. 13 is the first such game, with the schedule featuring six games against Metropolitan Division opponents.

Here is the Capitals’ full national television schedule:

  • Oct. 13 vs. Pittsburgh Penguins (ESPN+, Hulu)
  • Oct. 24 vs. Toronto Maple Leafs (ESPN, ESPN+)
  • Oct. 25 @ New Jersey Devils (TNT)
  • Nov. 8 vs. Florida Panthers (TNT)
  • Dec. 7 vs. Dallas Stars (ESPN)
  • Dec. 20 vs. New York Islanders (MSN/TNT)
  • Jan. 2 @ Pittsburgh Penguins (ESPN+, Hulu)
  • Jan. 3 vs. New Jersey Devils (TNT)
  • Jan. 13 vs. New York Rangers (ABC, ESPN+)
  • Feb. 10 @ Boston Bruins (ABC, ESPN+)
  • Feb. 22 @ Tampa Bay Lightning (ESPN)
  • March 13 @ Edmonton Oilers (TNT)
  • March 20 vs. Toronto Maple Leafs (TNT)
