Capitals’ van Riemsdyk Departs Saturday’s Game With Injury

Washington Capitals defenseman Trevor van Riemsdyk left Saturday’s game after sustaining a lower body injury, the team announced.

van Riemsdyk left the game early in the first period against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
