Martin Fehervary has left the Washington Capitals’ tilt with the Anaheim Ducks with a lower-body injury and will not return.
After losing Nick Jensen earlier in the game, the Washington Capitals are down to just four defensemen to close things out vs. the Anaheim Ducks, as Martin Fehervary has left the game with a lower-body injury.
The Slovak blueliner exited the game early in the third period and will not return. It's unclear what happened. Fehervary had a goal and three hits through 19:13 minutes before exiting the game.
He had dealt with an upper-body injury earlier in the season that held him out for 12 games.
