Chicago Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews isn't too familiar with Washington Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin, but he does know that it won't be an easy matchup as they face off on Tuesday.

Toews had nothing but good things to say, though, about Ovechkin, but it wasn't about his scoring prowess.

"I don't know him very well, but he seems to be the kind of guy that's always having fun," Toews told reporters on Tuesday in Chicago. "He's like a big kid, and I think that's where he probably finds his energy to show up and play the game at that level so consistency without running out of energy."

Ovechkin is currently in his 18th NHL season. He has 797 career goals and is three away from 800, five away from passing Gordie Howe for second on the NHL's all-time goals list and sits 98 goals from breaking Wayne Gretzky's all-time record.
