With Week 1 of the NFL season almost completely in the rearview mirror, it is a crucial sign that hockey season is right around the corner. The Washington Capitals have their rookie camp starting this Friday, September 13. It runs until September 16. Then, the Capitals will hold Media Day on September 19, starting their training camp for the 2024-25 season. Then, Washington will have their first preseason game on Sunday, September 22, at 3:00 P.M. versus the Philadelphia Flyers. Washington Hockey Now: The Washington Capitals announced that Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is partnering with the video-sharing platform app TikTok. The Capitals will wear the TikTok logo as their away sponsorship patch. TikTok will also present the Capitals’ 50th Anniversary Celebration.
